Icard Services - VIP CARD ripoff they took $159.00 out of my checking account without my approval FORT LAUDERDALE Florida
I was online filling out an application for a cash advance. This VIP CARD came up to fill out to receive a credit card. I filled out the information but when I got to the bottom of the form it stated there was a fee of 159.00, so I took the information out and assumed that was the end of the ordeal. Much to my surprise and shock the next morning I called my bank to see if the cash advance had been deposited to my account and did I ever have a SHOCK.
My account had been debited for $159.00 and I had no ideal what it was for. There was a phone number with the deduction so I called it. The lady told me I had applied for a secured credit card and had been approved. I told her that there was something very wrong because I had deleted that information when I saw there was a charge. She told me I had hit the sumitt buttom and I told her she was wrong, and that I wanted a refund. She told me that she would fax me a form to fill out but there was a $59.00 application fee that was not refundable.
I explained to her I did not apply for this but she told me I did. This all happened on May 12, 2004 and I have called several times, I have emailed several times and I have also did the live phone chat on the internet, but to this date they have not put a dime back into my account.
This transaction also caused me to have a check bounce. I can not get any help only lies told to me.
Could you please help me in this matter.
