Icon Fitness Sold a Lemon of a Elliptical for $900 Logan Utah
Icon Fitness sold me a Nordic Track ACT Commercial Pro Elliptical that did not work out of the box. They sent a tech who said it is defective. After calling them several times and holding on the phone for hours, they did not acknoledge their mistake and asked me to do all the work of disassemble if I want to return or disassembly and assembly if I want a replacement and expected me to be happy for giving MY money back. Customer Service is as crappy as their product. Awful company, stay away!!!!
