ICS aka Imperial Consumer Services ripoff consumer fraud West Palm Beach Florida
I recived a phone call on November 7, 2002 on how I could get a Visa or Mastercard. I listened to what the lady was telling me on how I could get one. I went on with the process. I said yes to all the question she asked me. She said she will need to transfer me over to her supervier to make sure everything was ok, and all I had to do was say yes to the question that she asked me. I asked him a question about the 2500.00 credit limted on the card, but he didnt really answer me. He said I would need to call back with the number that he will give me at the end.
I wrote the number and I tried calling them back but got no answer. I waited for 3 weeks like they said to receive my card and I still have not received it. I called my bank to make cure on the phone number, but there was no number when they withdraw from my account.
259.00 dollars is a lot of money to me. And I was really counting on the credit card they said I would receive. I was trying to rebuild my credit back up. I have learned not to give anyone my account number anymore. I have been online trying to fine this company. I guess now I am out of 259.00. I hope this company does get arrested.
