IDC SERVCO/ COPY COM DISTRIBUTION TONER RIP-OFF SPECIALISTS CULVER CITY California
The company contacted the receptionist at one of our sites. She was asked for information about our copiers and told she could have a sample of toner at no charge.
A couple of days later she received a call to verify the order and was informed the order would ship shortly.
When the order was received it was for nearly $900.00. A $50.00 shipping fee was charged for each toner although it was shipped in one box.
The Sales Company (Copy Com Distr) is not listed in the yellow pages for either a physical location or telephone number-toll free or otherwise.
They are very hard sell and don't like to take "NO" for an answer.
After much wrangling I convinced them that the needed to pick up the toner and add our company to their "Do Not Contact List" ever again.
I informed all of our offices to contact me if the were to receive similar calls for orders in the future.
