This company has contuially sent toner cartigages to a field office, being called several times to inform them of this office's lack of authority to order ANYTHING!! they continue to send toner. I have tried to return them and made several calls to Joyce @ IDCSERVCO and have been met with rude, arragant lies. They claim they know noe of the several company names these toners come from. I'm angry that this company has been allowed to do this for several years.
