IdeavAV ripoff, fraud, worst customer service, Brooklyn New York
Ordered an surround sound system from them on a credit card. Within a few hours recieved an e-mail from their processing company that oreder was "cancelled". I then ordered the same item again using a different credit card and recieved a telephone call regarding the verification of address. They did not state which order they were calling about.
When the order was recieved at my house I recieved two boxes not knowing they had shipped two surround sound systems. Without opening the one box we have tried to return order, but was told by thier rude customer service people to "sell it on E-BaY".
We have submitted copies of the cancelled order e-mail to them and their reply was that is just the credit card processing house and not Idealav. Idealav never canceled order. They will not accept item back unless I - pay shipping and a 20% restocking fee.
Anyone who purchases from IDEALAV.COM beware you are throwing your money away as you may never get your order correct. Fraudulent companies like IdealAV make us all afraid to purchase over the internet.
