iExpect.com, Vistaprint & EXODUS.NET ripoff. Spammed my e-mail, Trojan Horse rip-off destroyed my computer under the protection of the BBB Waltham Massachusetts & Santa Clara California
I have (had) my e-mail routed through Outlook Express on my computer. I am a writer and was working on a script and had another project in another window. At 10:53 a.m. MST, on August 3, 2002, I got the Outlook signal for new mail, then a pop-up filled my screen. It was blank but the browser said something about Spy Ear and I heard a woman's sultry voice, "I can hear you." It was associated with an spammed e-mail soliciting for 250 free business cards.
I tried to close the window but it was frozen. No graphics. I couldn't access my documents but was able to access Outlook. I switched over to the Outlook Express window and saw that I had received an e-mail with a couple of pop-up ads which had frozen my system addressed from
I called tech support to find out what to do. They told me that I would have to reboot and when I did, it might lose data. As it turned out. I required technical support to come get my system back up and running, but when it did, I had lost several programs and a significant amount of data, including that which had been saved. I had fallen victim to a Trojan Horse intrusion which damaged my $1,600 system.
I am furious because I had about 600 hours of work on a script for a major project that had been approved by a movie producer/director and lost 114 pages of my book. I had backup, but lost my connection and that can not be found now.
The technicians did some checking and said that I needed to take it up with the perpetrators, iExpect.com and their server/provider is Exodus Communications Inc., 2831 Mission College Blvd., Santa Clara, CA 95054, Toll Free - 877.393.7878; or 877.839.6387; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]; [email protected]. They are the sole contact for iExpect.com.
Vistaprint.com is supposed to be a reputable company that markets their product this way. VistaPrint is a member of the Better Business Bureau, so there is no record of complaints. I am sick and tired of paying the price of an unsafe Internet. I should have the right to privacy in my home and electronic data is my property. This is cyber vandalism and they will be held accountable. I need reimbursement for my losses. They can contact me through this website to preclude legal action.

STOP! ..before you think about using the Better Business Bureau (BBB)... CLICK HERE to see how other consumers were victimized by the BBB's false or misleading information. Don't be fooled!
