We believe that Josh may have confused our services with those of another website. Our customers are only billed for premium services that they use. If a service is not available, the customer is not billed. Josh was only billed for services that he used.
Additionally, it seems that there may have been some confusion about the billing date of several charges. Josh called our customer care department to cancel his account on June 23, and the representative verified that the last charge was billed on June 21. It appears that Joshs bank may have *posted* some charges to his account later than June 21 unfortunately, we cannot control when the bank posts the charge to the statement. Joshs account was cancelled, as he requested, and the last charge was billed on June 21. If Josh has any further questions, we invite him to call us directly.
