Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

First off, it is a complete pyramid scheme that is based out of another company called Smart Circle.  They have gone by several names such as D.E.I Marketing and Bravo Home Entertainment because they're so scammy. Do not let them fool you, this is not a marketing company and you will not be working in an actual marketing capacity.  This is a sales agency and you will pretty much be standing at a table all day doing ground-level sales work asking people if they want satellite TV (they don't).  Completely harebrained business idea to try to get people to sign on to a completely different home entertainment setup while they're just trying to quick buy groceries, and your pay and performance is unfortunately based off of how much unwanted service you can sell to people.  Aside from the selling "bonus" (i.e., commission) and a bizarre bonus for coming in on time (something that should just be status quo), you only get paid barely above minimum wage, which is completely pathetic for supposedly professional sales/marketing work.

The job ad was also completely misleading (to the point of being a lie), claiming that you will be working in event marketing and executing marketing campaigns.  Don't believe it.  You will be standing at a table for eight hours a day selling satellite TV to people who couldn't care less.  This would be one thing if they were honest about the work through the job ad but they're completely unethical scammers.  They will also con you into going to "networking events", which are really just sales pitches about the business from office owners, and will then proceed to not pay you for the time you spent there.  Oh, and did I mention that they offer no healthcare or any other benefits to speak of?  To top it all off, I was "let go" because I got sick and couldn't come in, despite letting them know about this before I went in, which has apparently happened to other employees. They said I had to let them know about taking time off at least a day in advance, which is impossible to do if you get sick suddenly.  The "CEO", William Pinkett, also will not pay me for the time I worked that I am owed and I am considering sueing him for wage theft and breach of contract.Terrible company, no ethical integrity, and the "CEO" of the office treats his employees extremely poorly, in addition to being extremely unprofessional, cursing and shouting just to make a point.  What a waste of a company.  Avoid like the plague.
