Imperial Benefits credit card ripoff Champlain New York
I was reviewing my savings account statement I had recieved from my bank, I found a ACH Debit for $279.00 made by Imperial Benefits.
I called my bank and they told me it was done over the internet. I then called this company and they stated it was authorized by me over the internet and as I argued this they told me that my son had given this information to them.
I immediatley began to quiz this "gentleman" (I say that lightly) and he could not answer ANY of my questions and stated that the processing department would have to contact me within 48hours.
I repeatly asked for their phone number and he stated that it is a 3rd party and he could not give this information to me, I responded by telling him I will be calling my attorney and pressing charges against this comapny for illegally taking funds from my account that my son is not even on!!
