Have filed multiple rebates for insoles.
Problem - no UPC Code submitted or not an original - even though it was the UPC cut off the box.
Problem - required purchases not identified on reg receipt - it's a store identified receipt but INMAR says the item is not identified. It's the only item on the receipt.
