In Technologies Live PC Expert Destroyed my software Menlo park California
I had an annual contract with this company. They came in remotely to reinstall my printer due to a WIFI password change. After running programs for 5 days at 5-8 hours a day, (which you have to be available at the computer during this time), the restult was that they had corrupted windows and Word, disabled my Quickbooks and Biofeedback software. To reinstall the Biofeedback, my costs were $545. They would take no responsbilitly for this. I had to go to a regular computer company and pay additional funds. This cost me money, time and serious aggravation. My computer is at the repair shop and not sure of the complete damage and costs. Don't ever use them.
