I am in the same boat. I qualified for the IPOD back in December and still have received nothing. I've sent multiple vouchers and countless emails. I've also made numerous phone calls. Last week I filed a complaint with the Illinois Attorney General. Hopefully I'll get a check soon. Incidently, how much was it for?

Well after hundreds of emails and filings with the FL Consumer Protection - I received the only response from IRC; a check and a typed note saying that due to issues beyond their control they can not provide me the 40GB iPod I completed their surveys for. Not sure it was worth all of my time and effort, however, I did get a satisfactory solution.

For months I have been sending emails to IRC with no response. According to others posting here the only way to get this organization to respond and actually produce the 'free gift' is to file a suit which I will be doing shortly - it helps that I have an attorney in the family so this adventure won't continue to cost me $ other than that of which has already been spent on fulfilling offers.
