Incentive Reward Center Top Offers Updated, Voucher Sent, Still Waiting! Delray Beach Florida
Incentive Reward Center seems to provide a lot of incentive and not much reward. Initially, it went smoothly for me. I went through the offers and as I completed them, my account was updated in a timely fashion. I printed copies of the updated versions to track the history. When all were completed and I had been moved to the level of "Qualified", I printed that too!
I moved on to the phase of printing the voucher and filling it out as instructed. Obviously I made a couple of copies of it just to be safe. During this process, I had also been taking screen shots of all my completed and confirmed transactions from the Top Offers so that I could print copies of them too.(I have a hefty paper trail) I took my precious voucher to the local mail/shipping store and sent it via FedEx Express for tracking purposes! I have confirmation and a signature showing receipt of my hard earned voucher on December 15, 2004.
The sad ending to this story is the fact that my account that was updating so well in the beginning is crapping out on me now. It still says, "We have not received your voucher." We all know differently now don't we...
I understand that it can take up to four weeks for the ipod to ship after they receive the voucher but I think my status should update within my lifetime considering the fact that they SIGNED for the voucher 2 weeks ago

I got mine today! It took much longer than the 4 weeks that they say it takes to ship them after you send in your voucher but I finally got it!

This is real funny.... I just checked my status only to find that the website has changed names and is now saying that I have not met the requirements yet! HA! It still shows all 6 of the offers as being complete and I have ALREADY sent the voucher to them because I qualified in mid December! I sent an email to these lovely folks and I will wait to see if I get a reply or something. Maybe I will just stop by their business and pick up my ipod myself from that I.Sprengel person who signed the FedEx delivery receipt! Anyone else wanna come along???
