After two days of my e-mail address not being recognized on their site, today it shows up again. I guess there could be a couple of different reasons for this. 1. Maybe their site was not working properly. 2. They removed it, then saw my complaint here and put it back again. Either way, it is showing up again. The bad news is that my sixth purchase is still not showing up as complete. I've already stated in this report that I've already received this product and talked to the company I bought it from who said IncentiveRewardCenter was contacted immediately after the purchase. So, I'm still a very unsatisfied and skeptical customer at this point. I still feel like I've been ripped off. I'll update more when more information is available.

Todd, I really appreciate your advice and the time you took to write it. I'm going to take your advice and file complaints in both states. No way will I give up. I'm going to get my laptop or a satisfaction close to it. I did every single thing they asked of me and did it very quickly, but they haven't lived up to even one of their promises. If this company is doing everything they can to try and be legit then I can understand that. They offer a good deal. If it wasn't one then I wouldn't be in the shoes I'm in right now. Maybe they truly do have more vouchers to fill then they have items to fill them. They can't go around erasing people's e-mail addresses and not responding to legitimate complaints, questions, or concerns though. I did have a slimmer of hope that they were just overwhelmed, but them deleting my information proves that they are trying to scam me and others. I'm sure that their game is to wear us down and to have us eventually give up. They've met their match with me though. Thankfully there are sites out there such as this one for people like us to get together and fight back as a group. United we stand, divided we fall. For those of you thinking that contacting the companies you made the purchases with is a good course of action I'd advise against it for two reasons....... 1) Most, if not all, of those companies are in business to offer a real product and do a very good job of delivering them. They don't need to scam anybody to make money. All they are doing is selling a product like any business does. 2) Most of the businesses I contacted aren't in any position to help with this. They might be willing to offer a refund or something, but most of them don't know anything about IncentiveRewardCenter or any of it's other names. I haven't quite figured out how they became involved with this marketing campaign, but they aren't the ones doing the scamming and they aren't able to help us no matter how much they might want to. Informing them of this scam will probably be a waste of your time. If you want to give it a shot though go right ahead. Maybe you'll get more out of it than I did. If you do be sure to let everyone know!

I have been following some of the suggestions in these reports and checked Incentive Rewards Website and found that my email was removed. Im pretty d**n pissed and am going to see this through. I am also going to notify the companies that are linked to them that they are a fraud.

Hey Jason,
This company is very frustrating to deal with. Check out my previous post here:
http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/ripoff129866.htm
Many different ways of contacting the company, plus information as to how to file a formal complaint as a defrauded consumer w/ both the North Carolina and Florida Attorneys General, Consumer Protection Section are listed there. I would recommend that you do file, so that there is documentation w/ a public agency who can go to bat for you and many others.
The North Carolina Dept of Justice, Consumer Protection, mediated for me a couple of months ago, and I did get the free iPod w/in a week or so. It sounds like NC, however, is passing the responsibility on to FL now, according to other reports here. To be safe, I would file w/ both.
All it took for me was to fill out the one complaint form w/ the NC DOJ, about 15 minutes of my time, and the iPod was delivered shortly thereafter. Consider doing the same, and see what happens. If nothing else, IRC's "Official Customer Service Hotline" (nowhere to be found on their own contact page) is listed in my previous posting, linked above.
Good luck, and don't give up!
Peace,
Jason

I don't believe this one. I went back today to see if my sixth purchase has shown up and now my entire history and e-mail address has been removed from their records. When I type in my e-mail address I get a message that says....
-------------------------------------
Email not found
We are not able to find the following email address in our database at Incentiverewardcenter.
ja############@yahoo.com
Did you sign up under a different email address?
----------------------------
Who are they kidding??? I followed the directions linked above where it says THIS SHOULD HELP. Thanks a lot, yeah that really helped. I e-mailed [ [email protected] ] last night and they removed all record of my entire relationship with them today. Thankfully, I have all the print screens and everything from all the other times that I was logged into their site which will prove that I was a member. Otherwise I wouldn't have anything to go forward with.
This just keeps getting better and better. I guess they think I'm just some sort of sucker who is going to lay down and take this kind of treatment, but they couldn't be more wrong. Before I was just frustrated by their actions, but now I am pissed. I don't care if it ends up costing me a couple thousand dollars to get even with these people anymore. I'll get even one way or the other. I'll continue to post new information when I get it. I have tons of money and free time on my hands. I'm also lucky enough to have friends right in their own backyard to help me have long arms in this fight. I can't believe they removed my e-mail address from their system though. That's the lowest possible blow. I guess they think I don't have proof of it being there or something, but I do. We'll see soon enough.

An investigator that works for one of my contacts in the Delray Beach area went to locate IncentiveRewardCenter's place of business. He and I weren't very surprised to find out that their address is a mailbox at a UPS Store.
I don't have anything more to report at this time. They still haven't shown my sixth purchase as being complete even though I've already received all six items. The companies all say the same thing that IncentiveRewardCenter is notified of the purchase instantly. They keep it from showing up as complete on purpose.
I'll keep updating this report as my efforts to retreive my gift continue. I will either get my gift or I will get my day in court. The choice is theirs.

Hello
I attempted to get an IPOD doing the same deal with Incentive Reward aka Emarket Research Group. I have filed a complaint with the Florida DA but I have still not received any notice of change. I too feel as though I have been scammed.

I'm still waiting for the 6th and final purchase to show up as complete while I look at this incomplete product sit right here in front of me. I've already received the product and been charged for it, but IncentiveRewardCenter still isn't showing it as a completed purchase.
I spent about an hour today contacting lawyers in south Florida in preparation for filing a lawsuit. It was no surprise to me that two of the lawyers I spoke with were already aware of this company's activities.
I also spent a little more time contacting the companies that I made purchases with informing the highest ranking persons I could get on the phone of what is going on. One in particular (I won't name the company at this point) spoke of the posibility of a lawsuit from their end too.
I'll keep you posted in the days ahead.
