Reservation Services International Inc. (RSI), along with

Infinity Incentive Group Inc., d/b/a Perfect Select Rewards  swindled us out of our free cruise vacation for attending a vacation club presentation (sort of like a timeshare presentation).

Part of the small print for getting the free cruise vacation

for attending the presentation was that I send the voucher in by a certain date

(8-15-2011) with a prepaid self addressed envelope. Knowing that they would try

to swindle me I made a photo copy of the document and sent the original in one

envelope via priority mail with tracking with the prepaid self addressed

envelope and I sent a second copy under separate cover. The USPS confirms

delivery on 7-18-2011, well within the required time frame and the delivery

confirmation number is 0308 2690 0001 1058 9440. This can be verified at www.usps.com.

On 8-18-2011 I called Infinity and spoke with Leah to check

on the status of our redemption of the voucher and they stated they did receive

the voucher but not the prepaid self addressed envelope, thus my offer was

void. Infinity Incentives Group Inc., d/b/a Perfect Select Rewards has

committed fraud in an attempt to weasel out of redeeming our gift.

I explained to them that I had anticipated this behavior

from them and informed them of my redundant precautions and they have still

refused to redeem my voucher.

I have searched the internet and have found numerous

complaints from consumers and it is my belief that a cease and desist should be

issued against this company and the officers of the company be barred from

doing business in this state as they are a danger to the states citizenry.

So for clarity purposes allow me to repeat, I not only

fulfilled the obligations required of me, but I did so twice to avoid this

situation.

Perfect Select Rewards is the company working with RSI in

the scam at P.O. Box 3479 Lake Havasu City, AZ 86405 at 928-854-2685 website www.perfectselectrewards.com.

Perfect Select Rewards appears to be owned by Infinity

Incentive Group Inc. at 866-800-4348, 151 Riviera Blvd, #B201, Lake Havasu City

AZ 86403. Cecile Bug-Gay is the registered agent in AZ and they were incorporated

in AZ on 3-29-2010.

Nevada is their state of Domicile at 500 N. Rainbow Blvd,

Suite 300A, Las Vegas, NV 89107. Kathryn Felke is listed as the President and

Treasurer and Shawnah Sheeby as the Secretary and Director. NV business ID:

NV20041457336 at http://nvsos.gov/sosentitysearch/CorpSearch.aspx

On 8-19-2011 I called again and Leah states she found both

of my prepaid self addressed envelopes and that she would speak to her manager

to get further instruction. After speaking with her manager she then stated the envelope was addressed

improperly and that the second envelope was not present. When I challenged her

on the discrepancy between her saying she had them both and now only had one, and the previous day had none, she could not give an answer to that. I feel this companies sole purpose is to

create and take advantage of opportunities to cheat the voucher recipients.

Copy of letter to BBB:

We have been in communication with Janet Meadows and she has been polite and pleasant to deal with, however upon receipt of the Travel Certificate we were once again given a set of conditions that were outside of the original agreement.

It is our belief based on the evidence at hand and the hundreds of statements of other consumers who claim to have been injured by Infinity Incentive Group on the internet, that at each step of the way new, previously undisclosed and un agreed upon conditions will be imposed upon us until such a time as we fail to meet those obligations. We believe that at that time Infinity Incentive Group will once again void our certificate and withhold our funds, as their documentation states they will. We are under the impression that their end goal is to void all certificates by any means possible to include a misspelled word, over payment, etc. They also state they reserve the right to change the cruise date, destination and itinerary of any cruise we chose regardless of whether we want the change or not.

Based on this belief we will not attempt to us the certificate we have received and I believe the proper thing to do is to close the case as unresolved.
