Hi RouseHill,
You have posted a complaint on ripoff stating we have not rendered our service & we have taken your money.
Firstly, we invoice all our clients & only when invoiced we accept payments.
So, you should have an Invoice - can you kindly share the same along with payment proof.
Also, secondly in your complaint you say you have worked with Robert - apparently, there is no Robert in our organization.
also, when you have filed this complaint you have not shared any of our details at all - so this shows this has been filed fraudulently.

well, i'm pleased to say that as a result of threatening to write a report on this site, i had a response within 8 hours!. I have to say there was some aggression toward me initially which quickly gave way to a civilised exchange and a suitable option was settled on.
so, thx to this site a good outcome!
