Windsor, Ontario, Canada , Wants tax amount of 3,950 dollars sent to this address. But to call first so they can get your phone number. Supposedly for taxes. They want the money sent by Western Union or money gram. It is apparent there is an over balance from what is sent to you to what is to be paid back. If he checks bad you pay it all according to my bank.
