 I made a big mistake when I decided to go on line looking for ICSoloutions and found it being first & second in line but later that's when I saw in small words under it inmatecallssavings.com. when I was going thru and checking what plans thru had and if I heard wrong when I called spoke with correct company quoted $14.00 minute was to much. So I may have misheard so I went on line. When I saw they had different plans for inmates to call Collect was better than $14.00 a minute. Then there was tax fees, other additional fees the 121st plan was cheapest a plan available but unlimited calls. They also had two other plans unlimited calls. Plus I would have to change number to make it local to location the inmate is held at.

As I completed the transaction totaling $51.97 , I was still weary and not happy about the steps to making this happen. Then nothing was being done and I didn't get phone call back like mention they would do providing me with new number. So I called number 305-900-3093 to speak with someone and got they are closed on weekends. Still nothing was happening and my payment was showing pending. I had options thru website to sunbmit tickets for cancellation or problems and I did that but still no response. I called the number back that image called from taking me to customer service , which I should have done like I do always..

Spoke with agent in phone and yes I misheard the quote that it's not $14.00 per min. , it's $0.14 cents per minute. So I told them to cancel that transaction I done in line to go with service plan and that when service agent with ICSolutions told me that's not them and that they are ImatecallsSavings and website says different IC Solutions and click on it take you to inmate calls savings. So today , this morning I caled number said they were closed and open week days but this is Monday morning. I went to website and started to do further investigation and read complaints and reports to better business beura, made me very upset and nervous. So I called number again and someone picks up but all you hear is little kid and loud tv and someone finally gets on line , he sounds Indian , different country and says hello . I tell him situation and hangs up on me. I called again and pick up and hangs up on me.

I called my card services explaining my concerns and worries about what was happening and they are locking my card and transfer me to frauds and I wait to speak to them and got disconnected and I'm like what a day I'm having . no worries on that but as for the other, I called again. This same man and same back ground noise and I telling the man how I just spoke to him minutes ago explaining situation and he " ah , oh, ah" and I'm like hello sir , hello because he still on telephone line and her the kid and tv so loud but he's ignoring me and hangs up. Plus before I called this morning my payment was still pending. So I'm going to call back my card service and speak to frauds department but this so called inmate calls service company is fraudulent and needs the authorities to do something about them . from it looks like this has been going on to long.
