This company charges us 129.00 a month to custom build our website. The people there are clueless and have no background or experince in web design. They told me my website would be up February 23, 2011 and they was right on the nose with that. Except when you type in my website which is a electronics store it brought you to a eye doctor, awesome ha. It took them 36 hours to figure what they did wrong and then it was up for two hours and down for three hours. And then my cart where I go to load my products was messed up and we could not sign in there and that took 5 hours. This place is scamming people with there flase advertisting. I spend at least 100 dollars in phone calls and when I ask for a discount on next months bill for all the inconvience they said no. Bad website designers, stay away.

Dear Ken,

I'm very sorry to hear that you were not fully satisfied with our custom website design service. We strive to provide excellence in customer service and satisfaction at all times.

During each client's design process we devote a team to complete each design project, which includes sales associates, support team members and web designers. During this process it appears that our team was in touch with you on a daily basis to update you about your website's progress and to give you updates on the various components that were going into launching your website.

Because each website is a completely custom design, there can, on occasion, be issues that arise. During the development of your website we ran into such an issue that would delay the launch of your website.

You had requested to use an SSL certificate that you had purchased with GoDaddy for your website. Our team worked diligently to attempt to move the SSL to your site, a process that is usually the client's responsibility. During this process we learned that you had purchased a shared SSL certificate with GoDaddy. By their very nature, a shared SSL cannot be transferred or used on a server other than the original server hosting the website. At that time, we offered you a dedicated SSL certificate and IP address at no additional charge, a service that normally costs $99.95. Due to this development, we let you know that the website would have a slight delay as we implemented and tested the dedicated SSL and IP address.

The installation and testing of the dedicated SSL and IP address took approximately 48 hours to complete. It appears that during this period, you attempted to log into your ecommerce store and were unable to due to so because the process had not been completed yet. At which point you wrote your complaint here. The following morning your password, IP address, SSL certificate and ecommerce store were all working properly.

It appears that you were kept up-to-date on the process by both your web designer and sales representative. While I certainly understand your frustration with the short delay in the launching of your website, it appears that our team did everything in its power to expedite the process and resolve the unforeseen issue with the SSL certificate to your benefit. We take pride in going above and beyond our client's expectations and I feel that we did so in the case of your service. If you feel our records of the situation are inaccurate please don't hesitate to contact us. We would love to continue to work with you on your website and hope you may reconsider your complaint.
