Innovative Merchant Solutions (Quickbooks Intuit) Deceptive and unfair California Internet
They are hoding the funds for too long on transaction that are pretty low risk on my opinion, since they are VISA or MC prepaid, meaning that the customer has to have the funds available before making a purchase.
They claim that is a high risk transaction, which they are entitled too, but why withdrwaing the funds, just don't accept it and hols the money, charge me fot the transaction fee and take 5 working days more to refund the money to the customer. This is outrageous, how can they legally hold some elses money like that? I understand that they don't want the risk for whatever reason they have, but either don't take the money or if already done, refund it as soon as possible without charging any fees to either parties (customer or merchant)
