Was approached by a salesperson at our newly built home.  He asked if we had any problems with bugs or pests.  I said we have a considerable amount of mosquitoes, small black beetles, and skinny fling insects getting into our home. The sales guy pulled out a sheet and and identified the bugs by picture.  I also directly showed him the bugs that were afflicting our front and back porches.

We signed up for the periodic service of a treatment every few months or so.  After the first treatmeant, we actually saw a drastic increase in the amount of bugs swarming around our home.  We were told that if the first treatment was ineffective, then they will happily come back our to our home and respray for free inbetween treatments.  I called back after a few weeks and requested a respray.  We were told that there is a $50 charge for repsraying outdoors.  This was never explained AT ALL!  Also, come to find out that the sevice we requested for mosquitoes is not included and that we would need to sign up for an additional service for $120 for mosquitoes.

When I call to cancel and request a refund of service ...lo and behold I find out that Insight does not treat for any type of flying insects when we were deliberately led to believe that our pest problem would be resolved.  We don't have termites, spiders, silverfish or any kind of crawly bug around our house.  Our only problem was flying bugs getting into our home when we open the doors.  This company simply writes checks they cannot cash.  

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.  They are competely over their heads in the business, have terrible customer service, and are behind on their billing by five months!  Their product for pest control is completely ineffective (and appears to actually increase the problem).  You are tricked into thinking you are getting a great service and shortly thereafter they try to add more and more charges and usueless services.  They even tried charging me for an early cancellation fee.  Their service is terrible...therefore I want to cancel...and they want to charge me for it?
