Instant Cash USA Attorney David Cooper Instant Cash USA - Payday Loan , Internet
Instant cash. i received a phone call from someone proclaiming to work for a lawyer in trying to retrieve funds for a payday loan that i supposedly took out. They had the wrong email information This was totally a scam. I asked the name of the company and he said his name was Attorney David Cooper, then he said he was Russell Cooper. When I asked for more information he said ok let me check this out and i will call you back. I called back and he didnt want to talk to me.
I am reporting this because these guys are telling people that a lawsuit has been filed and they are going to come and pick you up and lock you up. I was horrified. I just started a new job and was totally not needed this kind of emabarrassment on my job. After doing my own investigating and contacting a company the informed that they had not done anything of the sorts legally against me and I was not in default on my loan.
Please beware of these phone calls proclaiming that you owe for a payday loan.
