Do not use Intergra Scan, Integrasscan.com for your criminal search backgrounds. They say they will supply you with requested information and if they do not supply you with the information you paid for, the will refund your money as it states in the terms "MONEY BACK GUARANTEE". I tried to obtain information about an individual for a certain state. The report they gave me said this person had no felonies for that state. I did some further research throught the local county clerks office and found out the person I had requested information for did have a felony for that state. I made several attempts to contact the company with no response. In their terms it states:
"In the event the Customer challenges a Report Result and can prove that a charge exists in a covered jurisdiction that is published on our coverage page, Integrascan will refund the purchase in Full."
When I tried to send them the information showing the charge in the supposed jurisdiction for my refund, it was denied and would not even let me dispute the charge and received no help or assistance trying to resolve the issue and was rudely told I was pretty much out of luck and good day. So I just want all consumers looking for such services to be aware that Integrascan.com does not offer accurate or complete reports of criminal backgrounds of individuals and will not refund your money if there is a dispute.
Please seek other resources for obtaining the information, do not waste your time and money with this company that seems to be a scam. I have also filed a complaint with the Florida Better Business Bureau to try to prevent this from happening to any other customer. I suggest you do the same if you have also been ripped off from this company.

This customer is slandering our name due to the fact that they searched for records that are not covered in our search and they acknowledged reading our coverage prior to purchase and ordered anyway with the knowledge that the records they were looking for would not be returned. We asked them for proof of the records within our coverage and they provided NOTHING. Thesis sad that people can flat out slander and discredit a good company that has serviced over 500 thousand satisfied customers with out rebuttal. Well I am an employee of this company and I am proud of the work we do finding criminals that may harm our children and making sure they are not employed with our schools or baby sitting our kids. We are rebutting this posting as it is untrue, The customer here has failed to post all of the facts regarding their purchase and experience with Integrascan.com. We provide Background checks and have for over 15 years, The Instant searches we provide are available in limited Jurisdictions that the customer has to agreed too prior to purchase. We do offer a money back guarantee and it reads as follows.. The customer e-mailed our company and used vulgar language and called us a rip off prior to our initial response to their remarks. We responded to the fact that they must provide proof of a record that was missed in the coverage ares they agreed to prior to purchase to obtain a refund, All they had was their word, They never supplied anything to back up their claim. Finally after receiving several rude emails they provided only the County Court in which they stated a record exists, That court was not part of the Jurisdictional coverage they agreed to prior to purchase and this was explained to them several times, but they insisted on charging back the charge and posting these untrue statements about our company and filing with the BBB. Our company disputed all of the charge backs and rebutted the BBB investigation all to our triumph, It is sad that a consumer, Just because they are a consumer can slander companies with out any merit to their claims.
