It is true that while the roof was being installed, a thunder storm did develop with lightning. The crews tried to completely cover the roof, but were not able to do so. In Florida, thunderstorms can develop quickly as it did this day. The crew did seek shelter from the storm because of lightning. Florida is known as the "Lightning Capitial". Homes are important, but so is the safety of the crews. The house was damaged by the rain. The insurance company paid for ALL damages. Integrity 1st completed the roof and the homeowners refused to pay. They were turned into collections. The homeowners finally paid the bill and then posted the report. When you consider the amount of roofs that this company does in a year, there is going to be something that happens that is unfortunate. I think the important thing is the FACT that they had insurance and that the homeowner was paid for all damages.
