Hello,
I am emailing you because I need your help. I was apartment hunting, and then I was cheated out of my money. What happened was that this company Integrity Business Solutions LLC; which was located at 3201 B White Plains Road, #2 train to Burke Ave. had called me & told me that they had apartments available for me to come see. I went to fill out an application on 4/10/06 and paid them $50 for an application fee.
They told me to come back the following day to see an apartment, and if I liked it then the process would continue. I went to see the apartment which was located in the Pelham Parkway section of the Bronx (#2 train) not too far from the Rental agency. I liked the 1 bedroom apartment which the monthly rent would be $875.00 a month.
I made a list of request that I wanted to be done in the apartment before I moved in. The following Saturday, 4/15/06 - per the Rental Advisor (Delroy) whom I was dealing with to come in to make a payment to secure the apartment. I did what I was asked to do, which was make a money order for $875 payable to Empire Acquisition which is suppose to be the management company. I was told to give them $875 cash for the broker's fee. I was also told to give them $250 cash for a credit issue that I was having.
That Saturday when I went up there to make the payments, they (Integrity) were in the process of moving to another location. I was never told the new address. So I make all of the payments in which a grand total is $2,050.00. The last time that I spoke with Delroy, was on 4/17/06 in which he told me to fax the request for the apartment demands that I had wanted, in which I did. He then told me to call him back on 4/28/05 after 5 p.m., which I did, and from there I have not been able to contact him or Integrity.
I call the number in which I had for them 718-798-0583, and no one does not answer the phone; nor can you leave any messages. Please help me in which I am devastated that this has happened to me. I put my trust and faith in this company, and now I have lost $2050.00. I desperately need you help.
At this point I want either my money back or the apartment (but I would prefer the apartment). I appreciate any and all help that you are able to give to me. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
