Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
On Thursday 09/25/2008 we had two men that claimed to be from Integrity and that they represent a company that helps small business's with a check scanning machine. We were told that this machine would tell us within 6-8 seconds if a check was good or if there was a problem in having funds to cover the check or not.

One of the men went by the name of Elie B King. Elie made at least four phone calls to get us a good discount and every time he was on his cell phone it was quickly accepted.

Then when he handed me the contract and other papers to sign he rushed me. He told me that he would fill in the empty spaces later. I was dumb and did just that. Later that night I thought about it, but it was to late.

Today I looked at the only piece of paper and noticed that it was an order form, so I don't even have a contract in my possession. But it staes that I paid $159.95 for this service.

I tried calling Mr. King and left a message on his voice mail, asking him to call me back, that I had lost my job. Here it is 8 hours later and he still has not called. I even tried calling the home office in Houston, but nobody answered.

So I went to my computer to try to get some information and found that I am not the only one this happened to. I printed the information and took it to my bank and closed that account.

#2REBUTTAL Individual responds

Fri, January 30, 2009

I have contacted a fraud attorney and have already filed the FTC complaint. I will be working on the different attorney general claims. We need to put together a class action against Integrity, each individual sales person as they are independent contractors and should have no protection under the corporation, as well as MBF and Northern Leasing. I am waiting for the attorney to call me back that I found on a consumer fraud web site. They supposedly don't charge until they win, and then the companies should pay the attorney fees.
