STAY AWAY from ordering or dealing with Intellibiz. The material is PLAIN and OUTDATED. It has general information that can be found FREE on the internet. Their website is very misleading; their LIFETIME Guarantee is a BIG LIE.

I ordered the material and I received it after 10 days. It was very disappointing.

When I contacted them and asked for refund, I received a response from their administrator, Chuk Hall, and I quote refunds are not given unless you cancel within 3 days of purchase and return the program unopened he also said As stated earlier, and VERY clearly, we NEVER, EVER issue refunds on opened software, or after the 3 day cancellation period, to which you agreed and are legally bound. Neither you, nor the card companies are permitted to make or alter our policies. Only we have that right he also said and you are going to like this one Do not bother to respond - all further emails from you are being blocked can you believe this. WHERE IS THEIR GOLD SEALED 110% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED? Again BIG LIE Also please see John Treed's feed back from 2005 about Intellibiz http://www.johntreed.com/Reedgururating.html#Anchor-Simple-11481 .

Do not believe any responses from them, they are big liars. My advice, go to amazon.com and pick RECENT Real Estate books with excellent references for less than $20.

I want to hear from those that actually WORKED the program!

Weather their experience was positive or negative, I'd like to hear from those that really worked the program for a good period of time. Deciding the program is  no good after 3 days of recieving the material is a joke!  This is like someone expecting a college degree simply because they paid the tuition without ever attending class or doing the homework.

Never even opened the material?

Even if a person has nothing but praise for his course why should I take anything they have to say seriously if they never tried out the course themselves?

"Donna" Is A Phony

Seems strange that people who never purchased our materials ("Donna", "Saad", "Daniel") seem to have a lot to say. If a person is ignorant of the company or its product, they have no business commenting on it. Falls Church VA is pop. 11,129 - in America, that represents less than .00003 percent of the population. It is not surprising we have not had a client from such a tiny place. And the fact that she has never seen our program leads one to suspect that she is likely a shill for some competitor, as is "Saad", who says our materials are "plain and outdated". Nothing could be further from the truth. Our program is updated continuously, and most of the strategies taught cannot be found ANYWHERE else, and NO other real estate program provides FREE 24/7 coaching as we do. And we are one of ONLY TWO real estate investing programs with an "A" rating at the Better Business Bureau (compare that to the "F" rating of this "ripoffreport" company, which seems to have no problem posting bogus complaints against legitimate businesses. "Ripoffreport.com" might earn a better reputation at the BBB if they would at least ATTEMPT to vet posters and remove posts proven to be bogus. But they do not. And Donna would be well advised to remember one of the Commandments - "Thou shalt not bear false witness." She knows nothing about us, and has no business saying anything at all.

'Chuck Hall' claims he's been in business for 18 years and has a sterling reputation yet has never had any customer from Falls Church, VA, that has a population of 11.200 people? Could it be that the people of Falls Church, VA are wise to internet scam artists? lol Also, who says the poster didn't order his 'scam package' from Intellibiz from his work address in another city? How can this be, if 'Chuck Hall' is as large as he would like everybody to believe? Short answer. 'Chuck Hall' is not. 'Chuck Hall' is a scam artist (And I know this from personal experience) that makes his sick 'living' selling crap to unsuspecting good folk.

These Complaints are Phony

In response to the anonymous "Saad", his complaint is obviously bogus. We have never had any customer from Falls Church VA. And we do not have a "3 day cancellation" period, nor do we refuse legitimate refunds. And his claim that our material can be found on the Internet is almost funny, since our material is unique and comprehensive, as proven by REAL customers who post their REAL names with their testimonials. As for "Daniel" who filed an update even though he admits to not even being a customer, since he is NOT a customer he has no right to post anything. But in response to his phony allegation, IntelliBiz does NOT have any monthly fee at all. None. All you need do is visit www.intellibiz.com and find out for yourself. At one time, we permitted customers to buy our program on credit, with monthly payments, but that was only for people who did not want to pay up front, (or could not afford to) and that is perfectly legitimate. Obviously, Daniel has a comprehension problem, and confused that with some sort of "fee". There ARE NO FEES. Period.

A Simple Mans Guide to Real Estate Bill Vaughn

#8Consumer Comment

Mon, June 18, 2007

I have recently been interested in Bill Vaughn's A Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate investing. I was just about to order this program and found out that there is a fee of 9.95 per month which is not disclosed until right before you place your order. I was turned off by the 9.95 fee per month, this is very misleading, because it states through out the whole web site that this service is free and this company is a non-profit organization , also you don't even get to speak to an actually Investor, you have to ask question's by email. I always go by the saying," if something sounds to good to be true it probaly is".
