If you try to use Intellius for finding a person, or a phone number, or an address for someone, you have to buy each report individually. Then somehow, someway you get signed up for a "membership" which means $19.95 per month. Then somehow they give your name to a company called Valuemax and they also charge $19.95 per month to your card for absolutely no goods or services from either company. It is a pure scam. These people are criminals.
