The Special Announcement confirms my elegibility to play as a Grand Prize Candidate in a skills competition. The competiton is known as IAPC Blue Series XI
Request payment (discounted) of $9.00 to register, answer the Qualifying Question, correctly answer the Qualifying Question and complete and sign the Form 1080.
