International Magazine Service Of Northern California ripoff Misrepresented Services, Refused to cancel, Refused to Settle, Threatened, Refused Cease and Desist, Disregarded Faxed Cease and Desist Santa Rosa California
This company misrepresented their services to me. They lied repeatedly about thier capabilities and customer service and continue to do so. This company harrassed me by contacting me at work during working hours. This company refused to acknowledge receipt of previous correspondance, including fax, email, and voice, all stating that they must cease and desist.
They are now using scare tactics and are threatening to turn me over to their lawyer. Although they are presenting themselves as representatives of a collection company. They refer back to a recorded statement that they refuse to play for me. They refused my offer to settle the account that came within 30 days of discovering what a rip off it was. They debited my credit card twice and there were unauthorized debits on it before I could even cancel the card.
I started receiving a large volume of harrassing telemarketing calls from affiliats that claimed to already have my credit card number.And then they refused to settle the debt again after that. They add more to the amount that they say is owed every month to further intimidate. Their representatives are rude, obscene, dishonest, and bullying. They should be shut down.
