IMA/CRC is one of the most despicable companies I have ever worked for.

It is now tax time and for a short time I worked for IMA last year so I should have a W-2 coming to me. Well, I have moved since working there and my W-2 wasn't forwarded in the mail to my new address. I have called many times regarding the missing W-2 and they assured me that if it was sent back to them they would send it to the new address. But, even after offering to come to the office in person to pick it up the woman on the phone told me that I COULD NOT just pick up a new one at the office (their HR is on site). Over the course of February I called and they said nothing had come back to them so they put me on a "reprint list." It is now the first week of March and I need my W-2 and I have received nothing!

But this comes to no surprise to me. As you see IMA/CRC is the most underhanded company I have ever dealt with. I would feel more comfortable working in a rattlesnake pit than with these people.

The things I observed while working at IMA:

1. Hired only young white females to work in the offices down stairs.

2. Excessive salaries for managers.

3. Highest turnover rate I have ever seen.

4. Scammed those applying for the jobs with fast talk and promising high salary "bonuses" that have so many rules on them that make them utterly unattainable.

5. Makes work shifts only 6 hours long so that only a 15 min break can be given. (Since it's part-time)

6. Fraudulently keeps full-time employees from getting overtime. Alters timekeeping book.

7. Working is a first come first serve basis. They over hire. If you get to work on time but there isn't a workstation for you then you are sent home. (High Sellers are given priority in seats.)

8. Reduces salaries without notice.

9. USES INTIMIDATION TACTICS! I was a first hand witness to verbal abuse. Two supervisors entered an office with a CRC "customer service" rep. They literally SCREAMED at him for letting someone cancel service. And threatened to fire him.
