Watch out for this company. They are wolves in sheeps clothing. They are almost cultish in their ability to win you over and snow you under. They listen in on your phone calls, observe your surroundings and pick up on ways to identify with you and niches they could help you with. They have more loop holes in their contracts in their favor than a piece of swiss cheese. The earlier anyone figures this out the better. At the end of day two it's already too late and when you throw them out be prepared for the cobra to strike with $$$$ owed to them. I have not been able to find out much about them legally, but I am trying. I refuse to coil up and pay them the money they are demanding. I am prepared to fight and give it all I've got.

Tried to cancell upcoming appointment for a "if you do not use us or are not satisfied" tax advisor, but was told that they could not doit even though they had not yet assigned a tax advisor. Sent e-mail to date my request but expect to get a bill and more pressure. I checked with the bbb of chicago and found 441 complaints in the last 36 months. I do believe they are snakes.

IPA comes in first with promises to "help" you SAVE thousands of dollars in taxes...and address "REAL" issues that you need to deal with in your company...guarantee your satisfaction or no money due. The next two guys are from ITA and spend hours in your office looking over your records...then they present you with a 6000.00 bill for 1/3 of the total amount due...and they want the 6000.00 THAT DAY as a "retainer fee" in order to take your records back to their Chicago and let their "team of experts" work it all out...THey promise to come back two weeks later with a detailed plan specifically for your company. The first BIG red flag is that after they had spent 5 hours with our records, they sat down with us and had NOTHING!! They had a printed generic form about what they were proposing to do for us that had NOTHING to do with OUR company. We REFUSED to sign the forms, we REFUSED to pay them and they both got ugly with us. THey are a total rip-off and they DO NOTHING for you, but they promise a lot. DON'T GET SUCKERED IN...SEND THEM PACKING BEFORE THEY SPEND ANY TIME.
