Scott Stevens called to inform us they had a buyer for our timeshare. He said they were offering $10,000 but were laughing at the fact that we might take it. He made it sound so genuine and encouraged to increase the amount. So we went to $17,000 but no lower than $15,000. Scott came back wi $16,000. Scott then said we needed to pay out $699 in order to cover costs but the amount would be returned at the time of closing which was to be in 6 weeks. We gave them the account number and they withdrew the $699 from our account. Heard about another company who had done this but was ripping off people. I did a 'search' on the internet and amazingly the company "Internation Resort Solutions, LLC" shows up! I called the phone number on the contract and got the secretary who said that the manager Randy Moore, was out for lunch. I asked to have him return my call, which he didn't so I called him again on Wednesday at which time he informs me that their refund policy is not as it is written at all. The purpose of the contract is to keep us honest, that they don't need to follow it.



They can return the payment as they see fit and as the same goes for the amount. The thirty (30) days is there to deceive us, that in fact the state of Florida Statutes requires cancellation within 7 days not the 30 days. So anything over the 7 is up to his descretion, as is the amount.  This company, Randy Moore, Scott Stevens, and anyone else involved with this company is not available to help you, rather to take advantage of you and your situation of wanting to get rid of your timeshare. If anyone has any doubt about this company, just go to their website and look for their "Testimonials: To hear about our clients experience International Resort Solutions, Click here AND THEN COMES THE GOOD PART ; THIS LINK WILL BECOME ABAILABLE UPON RECEIPT OF CUSTOMER EXPERIENCES.   Gee it seems there are no happy customers because there are not links!!! If this company runs such high volume of phone calls and does such a volume of sales, I would think there would be at least a few happy customers out there! But not a one has stepped forward! This should tell anyone who has any thought about using International Resort Solutions! And one last comment: I AM NOT A DISGRUNTAL EXEMPLOYEE!!! I will be happy to print a retraction to my complaint on this site if our payment of $699.00 is returned in full. Randy and Scott and whoever else, you haven't earned it, so please return it!!!
