Some more updates from this rediculous company.... In response to my last e-mail to him as included in the original report: HIM> Our company as a zero tolerance policy towards belligerent dumb asses. As a belligerent dumbass you have probably run into that before. If not it works like this. Once you have been identified as a belligerent dumbass no further communication occurs as you are added to our blocked belligerent dumbass file. Congratulations dumbass...You have made the grade! Now move along and go bother some other "incompetent rip-off cyber company" and be sure and quote some meaningless drivel to them about that precious outdated manual of yours. ME> You do not impress me with your unoriginal babble. Kindly Refrain from responding to this address. My previous comments reflect my feelings towards your company (if one could even call it that). Complaints have been filed. Poor Customer Service is not a good way to get business.....but then again, you already know that don't you? I'll leave you to continue your poor performance as a "customer service" representative. You must not be that busy, since you have so much time to send lewd messages to me. As I have said before, good luck. You're definitely going to need it. .....I am done with this waste of time correspondence. I hope this at least saves a few folks from wasting their time and raising their blood pressure because of some punk kid (its obvious isn't it?) who enjoys being disrespectful and unprofessional.
