The Following is copied and pasted from my e-mail correspondence with this company. As you will see, it was a sincere inquiry and the responses began as short and un-helpful. What transpired beyond that was completely un-called for, terribly unprofessional.....a downright shame really.

Check this out:

ME> On the 50HP, does the manufacturer have a 5" extension kit available? Would like to extend 20" motor to 30".

HIM> No

ME> What is the last year for a Tohatsu 40C outboard?

Also, your propeller charts do not line up with my parts manual or owners manual. Your prop information list is not accurate for a 40 C. It took me sometime to understand the differance with your information and the props that I have for 8 TOHATSU 40 C's. Do you have 361-64109-0 (10.8 X 9.9 X 3 OR 361-64115-0(10.9 X 8.9 X 3)propellers in stock or can you order, how much, how long.

HIM> Hello, Our prop information is up to date. The information in your manual is out of date.

ME> Obviously you and your company are just another incompetent rip-off cyber company and a typical back east waste. I am reporting you to the BBB and to other Federal entities. Have A Good Day!

HIM> You are a retarded motherless f**k. I would suspect that you would f**k your own children if you weren't a fudge packing q***r. What kind of a stupid a** spends so much time sending phony emails? Don't you have something better to do than wasting our time? F**k you.....Sir.

ME> Thank you for the response, this will be forwarded to the state and federal authorities that handle this kind of conduct in public communications.

HIM> F**k off dumba**.

.....I mean come on! This is rediculous. I know I got a little frustrated with my comment there, but my inquiries were 100% sincere. These are outboards used for our commercial fishing operation. They are really what we put our lives on the line with and if they aren't working properly, with correct parts and specifications.....we would be severly risking our lives now wouldn't we? I am just insensed by this person's comments. The name of this foul-mouthed, disrespectful, arrogant "customer service" person is Elvin D'Angelo. I also find it odd that the name of this company used to be called D'Angelo Marine(since 1947 they claim). What is this guy? The owner's son or something? Who in the business world talks like this to potential customers. I mean, I was ready to make some significant purchases from these guys and was simply trying to get some help. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH INTERNETOUTBOARDS.COM or the AVALON PROFESSIONAL GROUP, Inc. That is, unless you are into being treated this way. Utterly Rediculous!

Some more updates from this rediculous company.... In response to my last e-mail to him as included in the original report: HIM> Our company as a zero tolerance policy towards belligerent dumb asses. As a belligerent dumbass you have probably run into that before. If not it works like this. Once you have been identified as a belligerent dumbass no further communication occurs as you are added to our blocked belligerent dumbass file. Congratulations dumbass...You have made the grade! Now move along and go bother some other "incompetent rip-off cyber company" and be sure and quote some meaningless drivel to them about that precious outdated manual of yours. ME> You do not impress me with your unoriginal babble. Kindly Refrain from responding to this address. My previous comments reflect my feelings towards your company (if one could even call it that). Complaints have been filed. Poor Customer Service is not a good way to get business.....but then again, you already know that don't you? I'll leave you to continue your poor performance as a "customer service" representative. You must not be that busy, since you have so much time to send lewd messages to me. As I have said before, good luck. You're definitely going to need it. .....I am done with this waste of time correspondence. I hope this at least saves a few folks from wasting their time and raising their blood pressure because of some punk kid (its obvious isn't it?) who enjoys being disrespectful and unprofessional.
