Sorry IC!

You ignored me

So here is one at ya

I emailed the CEO and the President as well as a area manager in regards to this issue, IC seems to have a belief that email works best and so do I

I in no way intend to disparage IC and make false statements.

I am saying what I understand to be factual.

And it is up to IC to either make this post go away OR make this filing one in good standing.

This is in regards to a pay dispute.

The company offers you a salary plus a commission guarantee.

Or...You are going to make said salary and if your commissions are not greater than a given amount you will get that amount...For example lets say that the company has a $800 commission guarantee for the whole month...if you fail to make that $800 mark then they will pay you $800 pretty simple eh?

I call it a draw.

well my last check of which I worked 55-60 hours was so small that it averaged out to about $3.01 an hour.

kinda strange eh?

I could see where thay may have prorated my salary versus the hours worked...and blew me off on the commssions.

But here is my problem.

NO where as I recall ( I would happy to see copys of signed originals from IC to further contest this) did I sign a thing in regards to what they have done, And if prorating SALARIED employees down to an hourly calculation is how they do this then there needs to be disclousure of that fact to employees.

It really is not about the money...although I want it.

But more of the fact that employers need to keep in mind that sometimes people understand the concept of employee rights.

And the fact that anything I sign is binding, And the fact that I do not recall signing anything to that affect.

If IC can prove otherwise I would be happy to either try to get this post removed and make the statement that I was wrong and they were right.

Until then I wish IC succes in its endeavours, But I am not someone to ignore.

I am happy to say that this issue is resolved. I challenged Interstate connections and promised them to retract the above statements if they could prove the case and they did. I recieved via certified mail the documents that I had signed and I am happy to say that I consider IC to be in the right. Note to editor...If it Is possible to remove this post please do, But give enough time for IC to see this. There were some things in the letter that I question but will not discuss here as it is irrelevent to the fact that they answered my challenge.
