Ben, The reason that you were refunded by your Credit Card company had little to do with the actions taken and your maticulas record keeping, it was done solely at my discression. After recieving the complaint from the BBB, I contacted you direct to see if there was something I could do to resolve this situation. When you called back after I left you a message on your answering machine, yes, I was out to lunch, I too get hungry. I felt that the services that you recieved based on the incorrect input of your information and diffuculties that you expierenced warranted a full refund. The only reason that your file was brought to my attention was because of the BBB, that Ben was unfortunate. I never like hearing that one of my customers is unhappy with the services that my company provides which again is why I authorized the refund of the registration fee directly back to your MasterCard. In closing, we strive as a company to ensure that all of our clients are handled in a professional and satisfactory manner. I as the owner looked at your particular situation and felt that you were entitled to and deserved a refund. Please let that stand as a testiment of our business practices instead of insinuating that all of our clients have been dealt with in an unsatisfactory manner. Refunds are dealt with on a case by case basis and your instructions to others on how to deal with our company will have NO bearing on that decision making process. Best Regards, Adam Wroblewski Interval Realty Services

Justice is served! (Well, almost. If only I could get back those 15 hours of my life that I spent trying to get some value out of Interval Realty Services). After struggling with Interval Realty services for over a year to try to get any value at all for my $299, I disputed the charge with MasterCard. After two weeks they processed a full refund [wild applause]. * Here's what you need to do: 1. Keep a simple record of your contact with Interval Realty Services. Handwritten notes will do. Mark the date of your calls to Interval, the first/last name of the person you spoke with, and two sentences about the call. Call Interval (800-815-8033) every other week for 2-3 months and you'll have your record. 2. File a complaint with the Orlando Better Business Bureau (www.orlando.bbb.org) -- I actually received a voicemail from Adam Wroblewski (Interval's CEO) after filing this complaint. However, when I returned his call he was "out to lunch" according to the lady who answered the phone. I left a message and Adam never called again. 3. File a complaint here on Rip-off Report.com. 4. Finally, file a dispute of the charge with your credit card and then fax them a copy of your records. * Here's what I faxed to MasterCard to support my dispute: 1. Services Promised: Summary of the services promised by Interval Realty Services. (directly from the letter which Interval sent to me) 2. Services Received: This didn't take long. 3. Timeline: Here's where your record of phone calls comes in handly. 4. Summary: Example - "After repeated calls and faxes to Interval Realty Services, then never even got the listing correct on their own website. They failed to market the property in any of the ways which they promised. The even failed to provide the promised travel voucher when their 'marketing' failed." 5. Attachments: I included a copy of the following documents. (a) Travel Voucher Guarantee (copy of Interval's only letter to me) (b) Promised Services (again, copy of Interval's letter) (c) Copy of the report on Interval by the Orlando Better Business Bureau (available for free at www.orlando.bbb.org) (d) Copy of the two (at the time) Rip-off Reports against Interval Realty, several of which were very similar to my own.
