Our order was charged to our credit card on May 8, 2006 in the amount of $149.10 Numerous phone calls, only to be cut off, so sent numerous emails, finally got a reply June21, 2006 to tell us our order was not in their data base & send a copy of our credit card showing where we were charged

We did this but got no response so kept emailing every day. We finally got an email reponse saying please contact 1-800-278-6886 or 1-800-716-8667 so they would be able to assist us & they appologized for any inconvenience.We called both numbers several times,only to get an answering machine on the 1st number & finally got an answer on the 2nd number from "Rena". She was going to call their"warehouse" in California to cancel our order & refund our money & call us back by 3pm Jul.24th. You guessed it--no call--so called the 1st # again & finally was answered by "Gerald". He said to call New York Corp. office at 1-212-575-0500 if we wanted our money back--so we called & who answered? You bet--"Rena"-who told us to send a copy of our credit card charge to Shopflash, 245 8th Ave. New York, N.Y. 10016,& what # to reach her?1-800-278-6886! Amazing is it not how we ran around in a circle? I don't want to send them anything as I am sure they would use the info for more scaming. Is there anything we can do to stop these people so they don't rip off others? Anyone else we can contact?
