Never before in the existing of the toothbrush has any-body target the area I was targeting all of the suddern all the major comp. where trying to emitted me and the marketing. They where sending brochures to comp. that where not even on the toothbrush business of -course the major comp.

They where all-ready working on it but you know what I was very protective with the name on my patent so it back fire on them but they still tock my money and I want revenge "it so sweet" You can check out my Easy Round Toothbrush that accommodate to the natural curve of the teeth. www.easytoothbrush.net Leo Miami, Florida

"It tock them a very long time like 6 month or maybe more I will have to check all my files to be specific. But any-way all they where drawing was a regular toothbrush with a minor improvement "Is not a rocket science" >>And they probably told you that you could get a untility patent because you had something unique when all you really have is an improvement on an exsisting item which would only qualify for a design patent. This seems to be what they tell everyone from what I read and hear. They said the same to me when in reality, my idea was not unique like they made it sound. "They where sending brochures to comp. that where not even on the toothbrush business of -course the major comp." >>Yep. This is also how they operate. Their "databank" of companies is garbage plain and simple. They pulled the same crap with me by esnding to businesses not even remotely related to my idea. They also stated to me that I didn't need to worry about getting foreign patents (which it turns out I would need) as one of my ideas are mainly manufactured by foreign companies. "They where all-ready working on it but you know what I was very protective with the name on my patent so it back fire on them but they still tock my money and I want revenge "it so sweet" >>This is what you MUST do: Contact Jennifer Kelley in the PA Attorney General's Office with a complaint. Make sure you reference them as 'formerly Invention Submission Corp.' This is imperative! They need nnumerous complaints in order to do an investigation. Here is the complaint form to fill out and address to Ms. Kelley: attorneygeneral.gov/bcp_form.cfm Jennifer Kelley-Agent Office of Attorney General 564 Forbes Ave. 6th Floor, Manor Bldg. Also read what a former employee says about the way they operate. Make sure you reference this in your complaint in association with Invention Submission Do not let them bully you into a partial refund. They tried the excuse that 'it's been 10 years' with me-as well as a gag order. I want the full refund as required by the FTC-94 ruling. This is the minimum I will accept to even think about not talking about this scam. I have the list of alleged 'companies' from their highly touted 'databank' that had NOTHING to do with what I was trying to market-much less that I needed foreign patents and was told I didn't-a violation of FTC-94. I don't care how long it's been. All this scam information and rulings have not been available for 10 years so who cares. I, myself, didn't get internet access until 1999 and was a real rookie then as to how to search and access information. I am quite a bit better now and they will pay-either me by way of a full refund or in loss of revenue which I know has already exceeded what they could/should have refunded me. Keep us updated. We must keep these slugs in the public eye to save others from the same fate.
