They first come door to door-your basic used car salesman-We bought into this. Then a very nice and very experienced business woman looks at your financials-these people are very skilled in what to say to lock you in. I had not tme to do my research, they talk a great game. Their "legal" department is a complete joke. They came in telling us they will set up living trusts and buy/sell agreements-THEY DID NOTHING FOR $10,000. ALL THEY DID WAS THEORY-THRE WAS NO IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCESSES ON IPA AND ITA. If you own a manufacturing/wholesale company, don't give these people a dime. THIS COMPANY IS A COMPLETE JOKE. Will someone do SOMETHING ABOUT THEM. Anyone that wants to pursue a class action lawsuit email me. IPA basically comes in and tells you what you already know-THERE IS NO IMPLEMENTATION OF PROCESSES. Don't be like me and waste 75,000 More on IPA. Go with a reputatable company. Anyone consider using this company-DO YOUR RESEARCH. We learned the hard way. They will not return my calls for the 3 to 1 guarantee they claim to have.
