These people are incedibly persistent & rude on the phone. They try to make you feel like you don't know anything about running a small business. They call every other day asking for the owner of the company. If we tell them he is out of the office they hang up on us. They have spoken with him on several occasions and once he agreed to a meeting. Luckily for us, they didn't show up and didn't call.
At one point we agreed to a 45 minute meeting with the Office Manager, they put a scheduler on the phone & told us they needed two days of our time. I told them no, they had 45 minutes and we really weren't interested since we were working with another small business organization. They asked if we could part as friends and I said yes. Two days later they called back asking to set up a meeting. I again told them no and told them not to call back. After that they told me they would call every day until we agreed to meet with them and then hung up on me.
I searched on the web to find some contact information since the caller ID always says Out of Area so you can't call them back. I phoned their 800 number and reported the rude behavior and told them I did not want to receive any more phone calls. They said they would remove my name and number from their database but that it would take several days. We'll see if it works since I have already received another phone call! The phone number is 800-531-7100.
