We have tried to assist and support this customer, however due to his constant harassment, we are unable to provide him with the assistance he needs. As shown in his complaint, he calls us a "terrorist organization" which is ridiculous and displays just a fraction of the harassment this customer provides our service team. Do to the customer's actions, we had to close his account, refund him, and ask him to seek business elsewhere.
After flooding our ticket system with over 50 tickets stating "--- PIECES OF ----! I'M TURNING YOUR ----- ----- IN AND ALERTING HOMELAND SECURITY YOU MIGHT BE A TERRORIST OWNED COMPANY!," we could no longer continue our business relationship with you.
For Mike, as I wrote in your ticket on 3/21/2012: "We would like to continue supporting you, but it is impossible with the level of cursing, threats, and harassment you are giving us. Therefore, I must refund your account and ask that you find another service provider."
