I was trying to find out about rent to own on the internet as soon as i put my phone number in my phone rang. it was a gentilman named andra he explained that rent to own was a great way to become a home owner. What you paid in rent half would go towards my downpayment and i would have 3-5 years to get my credit to where i would qualify for a loan.
Then he said he would connect me to their credit repair service her name is venissa. so she told me she would need to debit my card 9.00 to pull mine and my two daughters credit reports and it would be 99.00 a month for all three of us to get our credit repaired. a
ndra called and i missed his call he left a message to call him so he could get started on finding me a house. i tried all day to return his call and never got to speak with him. i am going to try again in the morning.
From what i read on the internet this company is a scammer.oh yes i had to pay 1.00to get to look at their houses but never did then i found out if i do not cancle before 7 days they will debit my card 49.99 a month, so i guess i have been scamed.
