Paid for the house December 2004. House was delivered 4/24/05 as of today 4/13/06 house is still not completed.
We had mold growing in two rooms of the home. Drywall and cracks haven't been fixed. Nails are protruding through the walls. Doors and trim haven't been installed or adjusted. Floors are warped due to water intering house before the home was put together which also caused the mold. Siding of the home has never been properly installed. Nailed to tightly if at all. Isn't able to move with the changing temp. Shingles are blowing off. No felt paper under shingles. Roof sags and wasn't hinged up right. Soffits and roof trim has never been
installed correctly. Bellypan hanging down rips and tears in it. Deteriorating due to water damage. Axles and tongues still under house. Never have been given keys and never had walk through.
