i recieved a call one day from a itt tech recruiter who explained to me that if i was to attend that they garaunteed me a job. they told me that there were companies that hired only through them and that after attending one year i would be given a job no questions asked and that the hiring company would pay for the rest of my schooling.
i thought great how could you compete with that, i only have to pay for half.. so like an idiot i signed up, a year go's by and me and my classmates go to collect on our promised jobs... we were basically told "oh sorry they shouldn't have told you that, sorry you were lied to, now where's our $36,000."
after this happended i had no other choice but to continue to attend, i mean i was already $18,000+ into it and would have to pay either way...
the next day i show up to school and the fbi closed down the school. to this day we have no ideah what they were looking for but all we know is our degrees were gonna be worth the paper it was written on.
to make matters even worse the next week the financial aid told me they couldn't get me a loan for the next quarter, which had nothing to do with me, but the bank's changed policies on co signers or some crap they tried to feed me.
she then proceeded to tell me i would have to pay monthly and that it would be around $140 a month.. i said that $140 wasn't so bad so i guess i could live with it.. she then stated that it wouldn't take effect for 5 months or so. she wasn't sure and she stated she would leave a note in my mailbox stating when it would begin... 5 months go by and i checked my box and instead of the letter i was told would be there it was a suspension notice. she stated that she made a mistake and that it actually started that day and the payments were more around $500 a month and that i would have to give them $2000 to attend classes again. i can't pull that money out my wazoo ,,,, due to the fact the job i was promised was never delivered.
i've never been so ripped off in my life!!!!!

So since this all happend a few months ago i finally filed a suit with the attorney generals office...they then gave me 30 days to say yes to going ahead with the lawsuit or it would be dropped and i could not file another complaint against them..... i got a call from itt tech "OH we had no idea you were told you couldn't come back to class...thats not true at all, we thought you dropped out".. Is this how bad the line of communication between the different departments....the dean doesn't know a student was told not to come back to class.... what kind of a clown school is this!!!!! anywho they continued on about how it was their fault,(cause it was) and how they would fix everything....they dragged me down to the school several times that month to fill out reinstatement paperwork and they told me they were taking care of the loans that had went into forebearance because of the schools mistakes.... i was thinking great they are finally making up for their mistakes when > boom < the 32 day of my abitlity to continue with the lawsuit (which means i no longer could).... i get this e-mail (the a*****e didn't have the balls to even call me) from the head of itt tech which basically stated "we decided this is your problem, don't respond to this email".. those *&*& did it again....they screwed me over AGAIN!!!!! We need to get a group suit against these guys NOW!!!!

Hey Ryan: Call the attorney generals office and tell them these crooks stole your money. Unbelievable I made the right decision. Sorry to hear you and anyone else fell for the scam which is what it is. I am an entrepenuer.
