Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
The company seems to have several names, phone numbers, employees.

My husband was led to believe that they can write up a paper, guaranteeing that it will get you a money grant, to do anything you want, build a house, go to school, make improvements, start a business.

After asking all the information about your financial status etc. they tell you the price, ours was $6800.00, and of course you can "charge it".

If your credit line on the card isn't enough, they tell you that they can call the bank, talk to them & get them to raise your credit limit, plus they can get the bank to delay charging any finance charges for 4 months.

You then think they are wonderful people to be able to do all that to "help" you. I got the same deal directly from the bank, in the mail, a couple of weeks before that.

About a week later, after watching my husband sit at the computer for hours, listening to him on the phone trying to find out how to do all this, I realized that THEY DON'T write up the grants for you, they teach you how to write up the grants. You have to do all the legwork, writing, mailing the letters, paperwork etc.

They call you once a week, to "coach" you on how to do this. Instead of going to a college or a school, you are being taught how to write grants over the internet & phone.

The credit card bill arrives with a "charge". The "charge" on the credit card is put on the card as a "BALANCE TSFR IWORKS", meaning that the card company wrote a check out to IWORKS, believing that you already owed IWORKS & that you wanted to pay them off through a balance transfer.

The balance transfer works like this. The bank sends you checks in the mail with your bill, telling you that you can pay off your other credit cards & get a low interest on the transfer for 4 months or so.

The clincher is that when you call the card company to cancel the deal because you find out that the whole deal is a RIP-OFF, the bank tells you it isn't a "charge" on the card but a balance transfer & balance transfers cannot be taken off the card like a "regular charge" can.

Now, these RIP-OFF scams have found another way to get the money off of a credit card & the cardholder can't have it removed because it is a Balance Transfer, not a regular charge.

Hint: When you call your credit card company to have it removed, you have to tell them it was a FRAUD. Then they are more willing to take a report & send you papers to fill out.

Why doesn't the government, state attorney's put these scams out of business. It is obvious that all these "quick, get rich schemes on how to make money with real estate, internet websites etc are just putting money in the pockets of the scammers.

They all seem to have the same things in common, but the govenment, state attorneys etc. are blind. The attorneys would have more time for real crimainal problems etc if they didn't have to look into the same scams over & over.

My name is Johnny Palmerson and I am employed at I Works. I am a team leader for the company and so is Erik Bullock, we are the ones you speak to on the phone that invite you to join our program. Kristen Diaddigo is simply an office clerk. I am sorry if you feel you were ripped off but I have checked all company records and do not show that a Pam from A city somewhere, Washington has ever contacted our company for a refund. Maybe if you had included your name we could help you. If your husband had listened to what he was told then he would of known that he had a 3-day window to cancel our program. If he read the paperwork sent to him then he would of seen that he had a 30-day period to cancel his contract. If he listened to what the bank was telling him then he would of known it was a balance transfer and not a debit from your credit card account. All of those conversations are recorded! Did he think to ask what a balance transfer was at the time? Evidently not!! Again, if he read the paperwork he was sent then he would realize that the coaching staff would continue to work with him until he gets his first grant. Also, if he read the paperwork he was given he would see that it clearly states that it is an educational process and that he would be taught how to get a grant and no where does anything state that we would do all the work and just send him a grant check. I am sorry for all the problems but for someone to think that anyone is ever going to do all the work for you and then just send you out a check for a grant is not a very logical person. Had he contacted our company within the time limits then he would of been issued a refund. National Director

You got to pay $8000.00 for the priviledge to do the work for your grant?

I feel for folks that pay to get 'information' on how to fill out forms and create proposals to get govt grants. There are books available at any book store with the same information, as well as government sponsored web sites and non profit web sites that provide you the same information. If I were to pay that amount of money, I expect the WORK TO BE DONE FOR ME, not just being 'coached'. Sounds very simular to the 'coached to riches' type scams very prevalent on this site. I will say at least it isn't someone wanting money by telling you that you already have a grant (at least the loss there is alot less), but the idea that the company treats the credit card payment as a balance transfer speaks highly of their credibility. If they take payment by this method, it is a scam! Of course, given the open nature of this forum, I am assuming that the above comment is made by a company shill, and that the operation has no overall legitmacy, to include any business licencing or proper registration with any state authority. It may even go as far as encouraging the end customer 'stretch' the truth to get hold of our hard earned tax money. You would be better off investing your money in a bank or even a small business (selling ice cream?) than giving it to some unknown company promising everything and delivering nothing tangible. I think you are you just a bit bitter because you did not want to put in the time to get the grants you were looking for. I purchased the Grant Advisor program off the internet and was then contacted by the company to purchase a coaching program. I purchased the program ($8000.00) and they were a big help to me. They taught me HOW TO get grants and they even walked me thru the whole process. I was never told that they would WRITE THE PROPSAL FOR ME but that they would teach me how to write it and that is what happened, they taught me how to do it. Since I got my first grant within 4 months I have applied for 2 others and got both of them in a timely manner. For anyone to think that this, or any other company, is going to physically write a grant proposal for you is insane!!!! They can not come to your house and do all the work for you, you have to be willing to take the time to learn how to do it and then do all the writing yourself! I am sorry you seem to feel that you were ripped off but as most people know you do have a 3-day window to cancel the transaction and you simply failed to do so! I wish you the best of luck in the future but just remember that you have to actually do work in order to get anything in this world!!!!!
