More than a year ago, IWS Web solutions and Irving Sarreal of Pasadena, CA, after contracting to provide web site design services, failed to deliver an even remotely usable site design, yet pocketed half of the $2,500 deposit.
Even after acknowledging their failure, and agreeing to make a full refund, (I have the message) Mr. Sarreal wrote an NSF check for $1250.00 (redeemed after a month) then failed to make the promised refund balance.
After repeated contacts and requests for him to follow through on his commitment so we could move on, Mr. Sarreal refused to comply. We spent scarce resources and received nothing in return. They received "money for nothing."
The horrific work product, never fully delivered and demonstrated, coupled with the months of delay, caused great financial loss. To recover, our company had to pay for real professionals to get the job done.
What is troublesome is the repeated name changes, and address changes for this company. It is cause for concern for others contracting them for web design services.
I have waited in hopes Mr. Sarreal would have a change of conscience. I no longer have that hope. I am certain we are not the only one to have this experience with IWS Web Solutions and Mr. Irving Sarreal.
