Complaint Review: J. RYAN STROHECKER MANOR TOWNSHIP MANAGER LANCASTER PA - Lancaster Pennsylvania

J. Ryan Strohecker is the Township Manager of Manor Township, PA. He is an overpaid, taxpayer supported, sexist, bigoted bully who does not live in Manor Township and has run it into the ground by hiiring a corrupt Poliuce Chief ( Todd Graeff ) AFTER he was convicted of public corruption, theft of taxpayer money, timecard fraud, perjury and more by the PA Ethics Commission. Strohecker knew this, and put Graeff in charge of a dedicated police force - and a 1.2 million dollar budget - underfunding police pensions and forcing lots of good, honest hard-working police officers to quit the force after decades of service, or - in some cases - right after they were newly hired - because they don't want to work for a corrupt boss. Then, Strohecker AND Graeff spearhead a drive to LAY OFF COPS!, forcing some to fend for themselves while both of them collect a fat paycheck with hefty salary increases every year to do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

(And forcing the rank and file to fight for every measly pay raise they get). What does Strohecker manage? As the Right-to-Know officer in Manor Township, he manages to lie to supervisors and the public, he is in charge of the meeting minutes, which do not tell one-tenth of the story of what a crime-infested DUMP Manor Township is, while increasing taxes every year for the past ten years - both school AND property taxes - while there are NO services, whatsoever. A couple of parks with perverts, no library, lousy snowplowing, run down non-compliant buildings, driving the Number One employer in the township - Armstrong - out of the township, with no concern for he jobs of those employees, either. RYAN STROHECKER IS A LAZY, FAT BULLY WHO DOESN'T CARE ABOUT ANYTHING BUT RYAN STROHECKER. no wonder the township can't keep good employees or hire qualified new empployees to replace all who have quit because of him.

WAKE UP SUPERVISORS! Manor Township taxpayers have seen their taxes rise 247% in the past decade???!! For what? To feed THIS machine? Crime has more than tripled in the past decade, and that is with the knowing, purposeful, under reporting. The police chief does not live in the county, so HE could care less...just happy some other corrupt government official would hand him a job, even though he is a convicted liar and thief. (See In Re Graeff - PA Ethics Commission). Home sales and home prices and values drop but taxes and assessment go up, and there are NO "city services". The only people thriving in Manor Township under the so-called "leadership" of Ryan Strohecker are Strohecker and Graeff. Supervisors need to conduct exit interviews with the cops who have quit or - at least - let them speak at Township Meetings, instead of trying to shut them up and then not putting anything in the minutes while all of your "deals" are made behind closed doors, in violation of state sunshine laws. MANOR TOWNSHIP IS A CRIME INFESTED $HITHOLE THANKS TO RYAN STROHECKER AND HIS LIES.
