J2 EFAX plus service Charged my credit card for the amount of $16.95 without my permission. I do not even have a fax machine fax number etc California
I recieved my credit card statement. On it was a charge in the amount of 16.95.It was dated 2/15,ref num.5543286DY004JFN0J J2 efax plus service, 323-817-3205 CA. I have to tried to contact these people tp no avail. I have no idea how they even got my information. I do not have a fax machine or number so there for I would have no need for this service. Can you help me please. I am disabled and every penny counts Thank You
