Jack S. Pujji (also known as Indu Pujji) has scammed me and not delivered goods as promised. I contacted him from his website (lowestairfarefinder.com) to buy airline tickets.
I purchased an airline ticket worth US $1712.00 to travel to Bombay, India and back from Chicago (ORD). The check was issued and sent to him via FedEx on 10th November 2004 to the following address:
Lowest Airfare Finder Inc.
133-24 Sanford Ave, Ste 4J,
Flushing NY 11355.
The check was promptly deposited by him. Repeated attempts to contact him since the checks have been sent were in vain and answered by his answering machine. When I did contact him once he said he would call me back in five minutes and never did. The second time he said the tickets will be sent in a day and they were not.
I started doubting this whole scheme and suspected fraud. I continuously left messages and called him. At that time I asked a friend to e-mail him from his account pretending to ask for tickets. My friend's call was received promptly; his e-mail got a reply within one hour. This shows he is a fraud.
I also called up Air-France to check if there were reservations made for me. NO RESERVATIONS HAVE BEEN MADE TO DATE BY HIM!
The attached print out is a search for Jack Pujji. It clearly shows the number of people he has scammed. The first two search result pages are results from various forums filled with complaining against him.
It is hard to believe that someone who has been cheating people on such a large scale has been moving freely without any action taken against him. He needs to be handled by the law soon and I need my money back more than anything else.
